Almost all Autotech Controls products are designed and manufactured by AVG, an American company based out of Carol Stream, IL, a suburb of Chicago. Uticor Research/development and manufacturing is done in Bettendorf, IA, 160 miles west of Chicago on the border of Illinois and Iowa. Both are on Central Standard Time Zone.
